中油碱洗酚钠中酚含量降低的原因分析及解决措施

摘    要:针对中油碱洗生产酚钠的过程中酚含量降低的现象,分析了造成该现象的原因是酚水中二氧化碳等酸性气体被中油夹带到碱洗过程中,二氧化碳与酚钠发生反应所致。为了解决这些问题,调整了萃取塔塔顶结构,增加了萃取剂加入量,改变了萃取塔控制参数,最终在生产中提高了酚钠中的酚含量,降低了装置碱的消耗量,且其生产平稳运行。

Abstract:In the production of NAOPH by the middle distillate alkaline cleaning process,phenols content descreases sometirnes.This article analyzes the causes of this phenomenon and the reason is that carbon dioxide is brought into the middle distillate alkaline cleaning process.In order to solve these problems,the top structure of extraction tower is adjusted,the extracting agent amount is increased,and the extraction tower control parameters are changed.It is an efficient way to improve the production of phenols content of NAOPH and reduce the consumption of alkali,and its production runns smoothly.
