| 摘 要： | 成本效益分析方法在道路交通安全评价中有着广泛的运用。欧美国家对道路交通安全措施进行了系统的成本效益分析,其结果对道路交通安全工作有较强的指导作用。本文通过对成本效益分析概念的阐述和具体的案例计算分析,提出了运用成本效益方法对我国道路交通安全进行系统评价的建议。

| Abstract: | Cost-benefit method are widely used in the area of evaluating traffic safety measures. The traffic safety measures have been systematicly evaluatated in America and some states of EU and the research results are good guard for traffic safety work.The paper describe the concept of cost-benefit method and give a case which use the cost-benefit to evaluate the traffic safety measures.Lastly, the propose of using cost-benefit method to evaluate the traffic safety measures in our country is suggested |
