摘    要:以科技型企业——安庆实华工程设计有限责任公司为研究对象,根据绩效管理的过程以及绩效考核的环节,指出了改制后工程设计企业在绩效考核中存在的问题,从而为绩效考核体系的再设计提供依据。在具体的绩效考核中,文章运用360°绩效考核方法,采取定量与定性相结合的绩效标准,应用关键性指标设计简单易行且有利于在管理信息系统上应用的考核表。研究不仅能改进公司的绩效管理,提高公司的人力资源管理水平,对于同类企业也有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Taking Shihua Engineering Design Co.,Ltd.,a scientific and technological enterprise in Anqing city as an example,this paper sums up the main problems with the restructured engineering design company in the performance appraisal according to the process of performance manage-ment to provide reference for the redesign of the performance appraisal system.In the implementation of performance appraisal,this paper designs the forms by resorting to the 360-degree assessment methods,the quantitative and qualitative performance standards,and the application of key performance indicators,which is simple and convenient to find applications in the management information systems.Not only can this study im-prove the corporate performance management but also the corporate human resource management.Besides,it can provide a certain reference to similar enterprises.
