| 摘 要： | 绿色转型是新时代生态文明建设的必然要求,绿色人力资源管理是木材加工企业绿色转型的关键环节。以自然资源观为理论基础,运用层次分析法确定权重,构建一套木材加工企业绿色人力资源管理的评价指标体系,分析各指标对该企业绿色人力资源管理评价结果的影响,改善企业的绿色人力资源管理实践水平。

| Abstract: | Green transformation is an inevitable requirement for the construction of ecological civilization in the new era. Green human resource management is a key factor for the green transformation of wood processing enterprises. Based on the nature resource-based view, this research constructed a set of evaluation index system for green human resource management of wood processing enterprises using the analytic hierarchy process, and determined the weights of various indicators to study the impacts these indicators on the evaluation results of green human resource management of enterprises. Further, the study provided reference for decision-making to improve green human resource management practice level of wood processing enterprises. |
