齐云山国家森林公园生态文化旅游的差异化竞合战略研究

摘    要:以皖南齐云山景区为例,从旅游发展的现存问题出发,比较其与核心热点区--黄山景区在旅游资源和游客资源上的差异,基于理论研究判定前者是后者的"阴影区"。运用SWOT分析法对齐云山的旅游资源进行整合,确定自身优势,分析可能的机会,确立总体战略,设计相应的旅游产品。提出差异化竞合战略,突出齐云山特有的道教文化和优质的生态资源,打造独特的生态文化旅游品牌,制定全方位的旅游体验服务,创新设计旅游产品。同时与黄山景区及黄山市内的周边景点优势互补,谋求协同发展。

Abstract:Starting from the existing problems of tourism development, the paper compared and analyzed the differences in tourism resources and tourist resources between Qiyun Mountain Scenic Area and Huangshan Mountain Scenic Area in South Anhui. Based on theoretical research, it thought that the former was the "shadow area" of the latter. It used SWOT method to integrate the tourism resources of Qiyun Mountain, determine its own advantages, analyze possible opportunities, establish overall strategies, and design corresponding tourism products. It proposed a differentiated competition and cooperation strategy to highlight the unique Taoist culture and high-quality ecological resources of Qiyun Mountain, to create a unique eco-cultural tourism brand, to develop a full range of tourism experience services, and innovatively to design tourism products. At the same time, it complemented the advantages of Huangshan Mountain Scenic Area and surrounding scenic spots in Huangshan City and seeks coordinated development.
