| Abstract: | This paper puts forward food supply chain management as a way to solve the problem of food safty.The article falls into four parts.The first discuss the necessity of food supply chain management;the second part proposes the basic requirements for designing food supply chain;the third part analyzes the characteristics of food supply chain at present in chain;the final section provides the methods for optimizing food supply chain management. |
