| 摘 要： | 影响产业规制重构有三个动态因素:利益集团与政治因素、受规制者的利益行为影响的规制能力以及国际金融机构对规制重构的外在诱导,这些因素共同导致了规制重构在世界范围内的盛行。对于规制重构的动态因素分析,有利于提高规制重构的效率,因此我们必须在加强承诺信用、完善规制制度等方面继续努力。
