| 摘 要： | 矿产资源开发在区域经济发展中扮演一个什么样的角色?国家或区域经济发展的实践说明,有诅咒也有祝福。学术界对这一问题的看法亦有正、反两方面观点,分别对资源诅咒现象进行经济学阐释与质疑。近20多年来,矿产资源开发与区域经济发展正、方两方面观点,似乎都离不开资源行业出现的巨额收益。矿产开发中的收益分配机制是否合理,相关制度是否健全,或许是资源丰裕区域规避或陷入资源诅咒的关键,也是未来需要进一步研究的重点问题。
