摘    要:研究五年一贯制高职新生的道德发展状况,是德育工作体现其目标的针对性、过程的阶段性、方法的差别性的必然要求,是德育实现因材施教的前提.只有把新生入学阶段的德育工作建立在对学生道德发展现状充分把握的基础之上,才能为今后五年德育的可持续开展打下坚实的基础,并促进学生道德的长远发展.

Abstract:In order to reflect the pertinence of moral education aims,the periodicity of process and the distinctiveness of methods,it is necessary to make a research on the moral development of five-year higher vocational freshmen,which is the premise of realizing moral education in teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes.Only when the moral education of freshmen is based on the full mastery of the status quo of their moral development,can a solid foundation be laid for sustainable development of moral education in the following five years,thus promoting long-term development of students’ morality.
