基于SCOR模型的学习型供应链运作研究

传统供应链运作参考模型SCOR关注的是短期内供应链各环节企业如何改善自身业绩以提高供应链整体效率,学习型供应链的运作则强调各环节企业从供应链整体角度出发、以学习型组织理论为指导,实现供应链整体的长远发展。本文在简单介绍传统供应链运作参考模型SCOR的基础之上,构建了学习型供应链运作模型,并以该模型就学习型供应链的运作流程进行了详细的分析。

The attention focal point of the SCOR model that traditional supply chain operation is how the various links enterprise to improve their own achievement to enhance the supply chain overall efficiencyin short-term,The operation of learning supply chain emphasizes that various links enterprise should proceed from the overall angle of supply th chain、take the theory of learning organization as the instruction,finally realize the long-term development of the whole supply chain.This article based on the simple introduction of SCOR model that tradition supply chain operation,construct the operation model of learning supply chain,and give a detailed analysis about the operation model of learning supply chain.
