| 摘 要： | 孔祥熙是国民政府的主要领导人之一,掌握财政经济大权达11年余之久,对发展官僚资本起了重要的作用。本文以孔祥熙的言论为主,结合实际,将他的经济思想分为发展实业论、银行论、货币论和财政论四方面,作出较为系统的分析。

| Abstract: | As one of the major leaders in Kuomintang government,Kong Xiangxi controlled the financical and economic power for over 11 years and played a key role in the development of bureaucrat capital.Some of his economic ideas are correct themselves,though not feasible for practice and the others are merely for the defense of his policies and economic status.Centering on Kong's ideas and works,this article,taking the real situations into account,divides his thoughts into four parts: industrial theory,banking theory,currency theory,and finance theory and carries out systematic analysis of each part. |
