国有企业退出的障碍及对策分析

State-owned Enterprises' Exit Barrier and Corresponding Measures

The exit barrier of the state-owned enterprises has become the essential links in the present restructuring our country's economy. However, there is by no means an easy process, which include both inner and outer system elements. In order to acclerate the proccess of economic strategic adjustment, the government should take proper measures to eliminate the barriers and solve all kinds of problems in that process.
