旅游企业内部营销对员工满意度的影响机制研究

摘    要:为探究旅游企业内部营销措施,提高员工满意度,进而提升服务质量,选取海南省(三亚市为主)各地区的旅游企业员工为调查对象,以员工工作投入为中介变量,实证研究旅游企业内部营销对员工满意度的影响。结果表明:旅游企业内部营销不能直接正向影响员工工作满意度;旅游企业内部营销对工作投入具有直接显著正向影响;工作投入对旅游企业员工满意度有直接显著正向影响;工作投入在内部营销和员工满意度之间具有中介作用。

Research on the Influence Mechanism of Internal Marketing on Employee Satisfaction in Tourism Enterprises
Abstract:In order to explore the internal marketing measures of tourism enterprises, improve employee satisfaction, and improve service quality . The employees of tourism enterprises in hainan province (mainly Sanya city) are selected as the survey object, and the employee''s job involvement is taken as the intermediary variable. The empirical research on the impact of internal marketing on employee satisfaction in tourism enterprises. The results show that internal marketing of tourism enterprises can not directly and positively affect employees'' job satisfaction. Internal marketing of tourism enterprises has a direct and significant positive impact on job engagement. Job involvement has a direct and significant positive impact on employee satisfaction. Job engagement plays a mediating role between internal marketing and employee satisfaction.
