建筑企业劳务用工安全管理的问题与建议

安全管理是建筑企业的重要管理内容，其中劳务用工的安全管理是重中之重。中国建筑企业在劳务用工安全管理方面存在诸多问题，包括劳务分包企业组织不规范，工人队伍不稳定，从业人员安全生产的知识、能力、意识均存不足，多级承包加大建筑企业落实安全生产的难度。为此，需加大对劳务分包企业的资质审核，完善劳务用工准入机制，加强从业人员安全生产教育培训，落实劳务用工安全生产的责任主体，建立健全劳务用工合作企业退出、更换机制。

The Problems and Suggestions on Safety Management of Labor Service in Construction Enterprises

Safety management is an important management content for construction enterprises, and the safety management of labor is in the top priority. Many problems exist tn labor safety management of construction enterprises, including non-standard organization of labor subcontracting enterprises, unstable workers, insufficient knowledge, ability and consciousness of safe production of employees, and multi-level contracting which makes it more difficult for construction enterprises to implement safe production. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the qualification examination of labor subcontracting enterprises, improve the labor access mechanism, strengthen the education and training of employees in production safety, implement the responsibility subject of labor safety production, and establish and improve the withdrawal and replacement mechanism of labor cooperative enterprises.
