Dual transaction of tenement is common in modern transaction of tenement under principles of free competition of market economy.This paper intends to,under the background of legislative choices of alteration of real rights,compare and study the design of systems of creditor's rights intentionalism,creditor's rights formalism and real rights formalism,focus on the analysis of the validity of contract,the final ownership of the object and the legal relief of victims in the transaction of tenement.
