| 摘 要： | 本文认为,当地公司对当地环境的了解是其关键性的资源,也是其谈判力量的根本所在。随着跨国公司当地知识的增加,跨国公司对当地公司的依赖性将会减少,由此会导致双方谈判力量的改变以及跨国公司增资扩股行为的发生。

| Abstract: | The knowledge about local environments is not only the key resource but also the bargaining power of the local company. The dependence of MNC to local company will decrease as MNC have acquired more local knowledge. And it will lead to change of bargaining power between MNC and local company and ownership enlargement of MNC. |
