| Abstract: | The commercial development has important influences to a national fortunes and the people's livelihood.In the history of China,the foreign trade was neglegted or despised over a long period of time,it is one of the reasons that led to these consequences,such as the backward of industrial economy,the low of people's livelihood income,and the obvrious gap of development compared with the developed countries. |
