| 摘 要： | 上海巨额社保资金缺口是影响社会保障可持续发展的重大问题，对社保资金缺口形成的原因进行剖析，有助于就如何解决社保资金缺口的途径与办法提出建议，特别有助于就地方国有股减持补充市社保资金的可行性进行系统研究。
