| 摘 要： | 中关两国贸易关系的基础不是比较成本的差异，而是技术实力上的差距。在技术实力差距基础上建立的贸易关系中，贸易利益的分配对技术实力较弱的一方明显不利。随着中美技术实力差距的不断缩小，两国间的贸易关系也将由互补型为主逐步转变为竞争型为主。我国应该通过加速技术进步、改善国内收入分配状况、优化经济增长模式等以改善自己的贸易条件。
