| 摘 要： | 建筑装饰企业设计施工一体化是企业根据建筑装饰设计与施工的内在联系，将相关专业分工紧密地结合起来，使装饰设计与装饰施工形成一个有机的整体。建筑装饰企业没计施工一体化是建筑装饰施工企业专业延伸的必然趋势，是其求生存求发展的内在需要，强化了其核心竞争能力。建筑装饰企业要实现设计与施工一体化，需要不断地提高内涵，提高综合设计施工能力，提高综合协凋能力，需要引进设计人才，并充分发挥建筑装修设计工程师的独特作用，更好地满足和适应建筑装饰市场的需求。

| Abstract: | The design-construction integration means that the construction decoration enterprise combines the related specialties based on the implicit relationship between decoration design and construction. This is the development direction of the construction decoration enterprise, the requirement of the enterprises survival and development, and can enhance the enterprises core competitive power. The enterprises should improve their capability of design and construction, attract more competent designers, take advantage of the decoration engineer, in order to meet the need of construction decoration market. |
