| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省针对本省物流业的发展状况,借鉴国外发达国家物流发展的经验,系统地研究了黑龙江省物流业发展战略。通过研究黑龙江省物流业的现状、存在的问题,分析对比中外物流业间存在的差距,提出了促进黑龙江省物流业发展、有针对性的改进措施和物流人才培养模式,为黑龙江省物流业发展提供借鉴和帮助。

| Abstract: | Considering the current conditions of Heilongjiang Province's logistics industry,by loaning adranced foreign experience,the paper discusses the stratgy of logistics development in Heilongjiang Province.It points out the impor- tance of talent cultivation as it can make the local logistics industry well prepared with intelligence support in the course of development and diminish the gap with those developed countries. |
