特色型物流管理人才培养模式研究——基于航空物流视角

通过对一般性物流市场和航空物流市场的对比分析,得出航空物流市场具有广阔性和可持续发展的特点,中国民航大学(以下简称中航大)的物流管理人才应该以航空物流市场为导向,从而得出培养具有民航特色的物流管理人才的必要性。接着通过分析中航大培养物流人才面临的机遇和挑战、中航大的优势和劣势,得出培养具有民航特色的复合型中高级物流管理人才为主要培养目标定位。最后提出适应目标定位的物流管理人才培养模式的路径选择。

Research on Cultivation Mode of Featured Logistics Management Personnel

The paper discusses the necessity of cultivating logistics management personnel with civil aviation features based on avia- tion logistics market,analyzes the opportunities and challenges,advantages and disadvantages of cultivating logistics personnel in CAUC, proposes the orientation of cultivation goal and puts forward the cultivation mode of logistics management talents which is fit for the orien- tation of cultivation goal.
