| 摘 要： | 供应链管理环境下的库存控制问题是供应链管理的重要内容。本文首先分析了供应链管理下的库存控制存在的问题，并且讨论了传统库存控制方法的不足，最后提出了国内外比较先进的对供应链库存的横向、纵横、整体等四种控制模式。
