| 摘 要： | 本文以现代企业制度中委托代理现象为前提,分析了代理人在个人利益冲动膨胀条件下,会与供应商合谋,以虚报价格形式来欺骗委托从中获得利益,使市场上的交易费用提高,其结果会造成一种市场垄断因素增加。这正是我国东北很多地区经济发展不快的重要原因。
