基于2000年人口普查的出生地资料,分析了中国人口迁移态势,包括外地出生人口的数量、变动、比率和流动方向。近年中国人口迁移流动的主要方向是由中部地区以及西部部分省区流向东部地区和西部边疆,四川、湖南、江西、河南等中西部的人口大省是最重要的流出地,而广东、北京、上海等几个经济高速度增长的东部省区则是最重要的流入地。

An Analysis on Migration Situation in China Based on Birth Place

This paper analyzes migration situation in China based on the birth place data from the 2000 Census, It involves the matter of the size of the migration, change, rate, and move orientation. The results as follows: the main orientation of the migration in China recently is from the middle region and the parts of the western region to the eastern region and the western borderland, some populous provinces in the middle and western region, such as Sichuan, Hunan, Jiangxi and Henan, are foremost flow - out regions, some rapid developing provinces in the eastern region, such as Guangdong, Beijing and Shanghai, are foremost flow - in regions.
