| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析当前高等院校实验设备管理中存在的实际问题和产生原因,相应从优化购置程序、健全管理制度、重视人力资源建设、加强设备技术资料档案管理和优化资源配置几个方面提出了一些对策和建议,以实现高校实验教学和实验室管理工作的科学发展。
