| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化、贸易自由化进程的加快,以技术法规、技术标准、认证制度、检验制度为主要内容的技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)成为各国保护产业和促进对外贸易发展的重要手段,客观上成为我国出口贸易的巨大障碍.TBT整体应时机制基本框架应由TBT研究经费投入、风险预测预警、快速反应、信息咨询服务及应对互动合作等体系构成.建立我国TBT整体应对机制体系要采取相应对策.

| Abstract: | With the acceleration of global economy and free trade,technical barriers to trade(TBT)practised in forms of technical regulations,technical standards,authentication or inspection institutions etc.,have been used as major measures to protect domestic industries and foreign trade development.Based on the background analysis of researches on the overall responsive mechanism to TBT,the paper demonstrates the establishment of a basic framework of China's overall responsive mechanism to TBT and proposes a series of suggestions about setting up the overall responsive mechanism. |
