| 摘 要： | 分析了采用图像分析仪定量测定钼系高速钢共晶碳化物的不均匀度的精度和偏差,探讨了引起偏差的原因。结果表明：由于国家标准高速钢共晶碳化物不均匀度图片在1~2级之间,存在碳化物条带从无到有的突变,采用任何单一特征参数来定量测定其不均匀度,相关系数都不高、测定偏差较大;只有综合考虑碳化物的突变和碳化物的偏聚程度这两种因素之后,才能得到相关系数高、测定偏差小的正确结果。
