| 摘 要： | 承诺问题的存在阻碍市场交易范围的扩大、损害私人的投资积极性，因而通过一定的制度安排解决承诺问题是实现经济增长的关键。经济史中存在的许多制度安排如中世纪晚期商业革命期间的马格里布贸易商联盟、法商制度以及宪政的确立对于克服承诺问题、实现可信承诺并促进经济增长发挥了重大作用。

| Abstract: | The existence of commitment problems keeps the marketing area from enlarging and harms the enthusiasm of private investors. So, to solve the commitment problems by definite system is critical for realizing economy growth. In economy history, there existed many system arrangements such as Maghribi Traders Union in the late of middle century. The establishment of law-business system and constitutional government plaid an important part in overcoming commitment problems, implementing creditable commitment and promoting economic development. |
