| 摘 要： | 在TPL关系演化过程中，电子商务准备对参与方的影响至关重要，TPL关系在演化到高级阶段之前，应该进行一系列的电子商务准备才能实现。本文介绍了电子商务准备的概念及其在3PL关系演化中的作用，提出了企业电子商务准备评价的指标体系，建立了多层次灰色评价模型，并进行了实例分析。

| Abstract: | E-Readiness is the utmost importance to participate in the process of evolution of TPL relationship, A series of preparatory work is essential for enterprises to make sure that their e-business transformation succeed. In this paper, the concept of e-readiness is introduced and the evaluation system of enterprise e-readiness is proposed. A multilevel grey evaluation model combining grey evaluation and AHP is established and an empirical study is made. |
