| 摘 要： | 河北省第三方物流存在的突出问题为:多而不聚、大而不强、乱而无序、散而未联、全而不专,稳而未捷。产生这些问题有体制和观念等方面的原因。解决的对策是建立公平、公正、竞争的市场环境;完善发展第三方物流的政策体系;下大力气整合全省物流资源;新建项目实行物流业务剥离;金融机构跟第三方物流共建供应链;海关、工商等部门职能服务下伸;对高资质第三方物流企业在征地、税收等方面享受优惠;下真功夫构建现代物流信息平台。
