| 摘 要： | 目前中国的战略性新兴产业正处于起步发展阶段,是培育发展与体系构建的关键时期。针对战略性新兴产业发展特征、发展规律及影响因素,中国战略性新兴产业发展应依托政府规划,采用集群式发展模式;寻求技术突破,采用柔性产业组织模式,同时关注市场需求,优化产业孵化器功能。
