试析我国资产证券化的发展及建议

我国资产证券化始于20世纪90年代,虽然我国监管部门一直在积极推进资产证券化的试点工作,并不断推广试点范围,但实际上,资产证券化一直面临着一种尴尬。导致这一局面的主要原因是政策制度与市场需求未能很好地结合起来。因此,建立科学完善的资产证券化法律体系、协调对资产证券化的监管、加强对机构投资者的培养、明确受托人职责及提高准入门槛等,不失为我国资产证券化发展的有效措施。
