基于技术员工流动的知识转移影响因素实证研究

摘    要:分析了技术员工流动途径下知识的外溢过程,建立了此途径下知识转移影响因素的理论分析模型。并以293份调研问卷为样本,借助于SPSS15.0和Amos7.0分析软件对该模型进行了实证研究。以离职员工为知识载体,深入剖析了知识跨组织转移的关键影响因素和知识转移过程,并提出了未来的研究方向。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the knowledge spillover process during the mobility of technical-employees,and established the theoretical analysis model of influencing factors of knowledge transfer under this pathway.The empirical study was made on the analysis model based on 293 survey questionnaires,using the software of Spss15.0 and Amos7.0.Taking the terminating employees as knowledge carriers,it analyzed the key factors involved in cross organizational knowledge transfer and the process of knowledge transfer.Fina...
