| 摘 要： | 分析了技术员工流动途径下知识的外溢过程,建立了此途径下知识转移影响因素的理论分析模型。并以293份调研问卷为样本,借助于SPSS15.0和Amos7.0分析软件对该模型进行了实证研究。以离职员工为知识载体,深入剖析了知识跨组织转移的关键影响因素和知识转移过程,并提出了未来的研究方向。
