摘    要:企业声誉的评价是企业声誉管理的基础工作.文章基于利益相关者观点,分析了企业声誉的特点,论证了企业声誉评价的价值,重点讨论了企业声誉评价体系,包括评价主体、评价内容,评价周期和评价方式等,最后讨论了这个体系在企业自身声誉建设规划中的作用.

Abstract:Assessment is essential to the management of corporate reputation.Based on the characteristics of corporate reputation from stakeholder perspective,this paper demonstrates the importance of reputation assessment and emphasizes the reputation assessment system including assessor as well as the content,time and manner of assessment.Then we discuss its function on corporate reputation programming.
