| 摘 要： | 电子商务环境下企业商业秘密的内容和性质的表现形式存在多样的变化.电子商务环境下企业商业秘密侵权也表现出一定的特点,这与在这一环境下企业商业秘密侵权主体多样化、侵权手段智能化和高技术化有很大的关系.对电子商务环境下企业商业秘密侵权的防范、控制,应采用技术手段、管理手段、法律手段等多种手段进行,特别是应重视建立电子商务环境下的企业商业秘密保护制度.
