| Abstract: | It's the key point of outstanding characteristics,improving teaching quality and achieving its cultivating objectives in higher vocational colleges with dual orientation professional teachers of high quality and strong operational capabilities.This paper analyzed the main problems existing in professional teachers practice capacity of higher vocational colleges and explored the ways and means of enhancing professional teachers' practical ability in higher vocational colleges. |
