| 摘 要： | 制度化建设是团的建设的重要方面。制度的本体价值与功能对高校基层共青团组织的运行与发展具有重要意义,在高校基层团建中具有规范约束、配置资源、激励引导三个方面的功能。制度化建设作为基层团组织建设的重要工作,在高校基层团建中又有其特殊的作用与意义,可以成为高校基层团组织建设的有效载体,同时也是高校基层团组织建设实现长效化、成果化的有力保障。

| Abstract: | Institutionalized construction is a significant aspect of the work of Youth League. The value and functions of institutions, which can restrict the specific affairs of Youth League, arrange the resource of work, and impel the devel- opment of Youth League, are so important to the basal organizations of Youth League in universities. Besides, institutionalizied construction, which can be treated as one of the ways of building the basal organizations of Youth League in universities and ensure long - term running and fruitfulness of the project of promoting basal organizations of Youth League in universities, has its particular functions and significances. |
