| 摘 要： | 分析了河北省民营企业在产权结构、内部组织制度和家族化管理等方面的现状和问题，提出合格的企业家是企业制度创新的核心，产权明晰与结构多元的产权制度是企业持续发展的保障，并就灵活有效的组织制度的建立和改进家族化管理的途径和思路进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the status and problems of property configuration, framework system and household management of the private-owned enterprises in Hebei province, and brings forward that qualified entrepreneur is the core of the system innovation of enterprises, and the perspicuous property system and decentralization can guarantee the sustainable development of enterprises. The thesis also discusses the ways and ideas about constitution of a flexible and efficient organization system and improvement of the household management. |
