精密集成温度传感器的应用技术

摘    要:集成温度传感器是采用硅半导体集成工艺而制成的,亦称硅传感器或单片集成传感器。集成温度传感器具有测温误差小、价格低、响应速度快、传输距离远等优点,适合远距离测温、控温,因此在现代信息技术领域得到了广泛应用。本文以AD592为例,介绍集成温度传感器在精密测温、远距离测温、利用矩阵电路实现多点测温时的应用技术。

Abstract:Integrated temperature sensors are made by using silicon semiconductor integrated technologies,so also called silicon sensors or the single-chip integrated sensors. Integrated temperature sensors have many characteristics such as little error of temperarture measuring ,low-price , fast responsibility speed , long transport distance,adaptivity for remote temperature measuring and controlling,so they are widely used in modern information technologies. Taking AD592 as an example, this paper introduces the application technologies of integrated temperature sensors in precise temperature measuring, and multiple-point temperature measuring using matrix circuit.
