| 摘 要： | 把补货提前期分为手机制造商的订单处理时间、制造商提货时间、物流承运商在途运输时间三个部分。指出手机制造商可采用供应链合同协调物流承运商在途运输时间，提高整个供应链的收益，降低系统运作成本。最后，讨论了可以降低手机制造商订单处理时间和制造商提货时间的管理措施。

| Abstract: | The paper divides replenishment lead-time into three parts: order processing time,waiting time and transport time,finds that mobile phone manufacturer can adopt supply chain contract to coordinate transport time and improve the distribution system and finally discusses some management tactics. |
