基于遗传算法的应急物流设施选址与调度

摘    要:为了避免突发事件造成的巨大隐患,对应急物流设施进行合理选址布局尤为重要.考虑到灾后信息短缺、需求不确定等问题,构建以时间响应最短、总成本最小和需求服务满意度最大3个目标函数的应急物流设施选址模型.运用灰数预测模型对需求点物资需求进行预测,通过设计非支配遗传算法对建立的模型进行求解,并结合具体实例验证模型的实用性.

Abstract:In order to avoid the huge hidden dangers caused by emergencies, it is particularly important to make reasonable location and layout of emergency logistics facilities. Considering the problems of information shortage and demand uncertainty after the disaster, the emergency logistics facility location model with three objective functions of the shortest time response, the minimum total cost and the largest demand service satisfaction is constructed. The grey number prediction model is used to predict the material demand at the demand point, the non-dominated genetic algorithm is designed to solve the established model, and the practicability of the model is verified by a specific example.
