湖南省科技创新发展水平评价

打造具有核心竞争力的科技创新高地是湖南省发展的重大战略之一,因而需要对科技创新发展水平进行科学评价.在前人研究基础上,构建科技创新发展水平的评价体系,运用熵值法对湖南省近8年的区域科技创新发展水平数据进行权数赋值,并计算出最终的综合得分.根据得分结果,对湖南省近些年的科技创新发展水平进行纵向比较,得出相关结论与政策建议.

Evaluation of Science and Technology Innovation Development Level in Hunan Province

Building scientific and technological innovation highland with core competitivenessis one of the major development strategies of Hunan Province , so it is necessary to scientifically evaluate the development level of scientific and technological innovation. On the basis of previous studies, the evaluation system of scientific and technological innovation development level is constructed. The entropy method is used to assign weights to the data of regional scientific and technological innovation development level in Hunan Province in recent 8 years, and the final comprehensive score is calculated. According to the score results, this paper makes a longitudinal comparison of the development level of science and technology innovation in Hunan Province in recent years, and draws relevant conclusions and policy recommendations.
