三峡库区土地利用特点与可持续利用途径

土地利用是一个多目标、多层次的系统工程，涉及到人地关系之间的两个实体，既受自然因素的制约，又受社会、经济、技术条件和土地作为空间因素的制约；通过对三峡库区土地利用现状及其存在问题的分析，根据杜会和经济发展对土地的需求和可能提供的情况，提出了土地可持续利用途径，力求提高土地利用的综合效益，实现土地步源永续利用和国民经济持续发展。

Analysus of the character of land use the approach ofsustainable use in Three Gorges Reservoir area

the land use is a syst em atic engineering with many aims and arrangements,which comes down to two entitie s of both humanity and land.At the same time,it is restricted by both the natura l factors and spatial factors brought by social,economic,technical conditions an d lands.By analyzing the actuality and the questions of land use of the Three Go rges Reservoirs Area and the possible conditions of land demand that presented b y social and economic development,I put forward the approach of sustainable use of land,which intends to improve the integrative benefits of land use and to rea lize the sustainability of land use and the development of national economy.
