| 摘 要： | 近年我国政府与不少国家签署了《自由贸易区服务贸易协议》,这既是我国服务贸易发展的机遇,也是挑战,自由贸易区服务贸易开放使我国服务贸易逆差增长,国内应尽快改、废、立服务贸易相关法规,以应对当前自由贸易区服务贸易的冲击。

| Abstract: | China government has subscribed FTA Service And Trade Agreement with many other countries at recent years.These are both opportunities and challenges for the service trade development.The open of service trade in FTA increase the service trade deficit.Chinese should revise and improve the relative law and regulation of service trade to meet the impact of the service trade from free trade area. |
