企业经营管理人员培训模式探析

摘    要:本文采用抽样调查、对比研究等方法,综合运用培训的强化理论、需求理论和创新理论研究探析教育培训的针对性、实效性问题,科学划分培训层级,设置"3—3—3"培训模块群,着力在理念引领、改革创新、流程设计、制度创新、成果转化等方面进行规范和创新,形成突出高潜质、高绩效人才培养,突出高效益、高能力方法教育培训,力求把企业经营管理人员培训纳入科学化、制度化的轨道。
