| 摘 要： | 基于生存、发展和创新三个维度，构建用于评价我国高新技术企业竞争力的综合指标体系，本文运用因子分析法对中小板70家上市高新企业的竞争力进行实证分析。综合评价结果发现：高新技术企业综合竞争力因行业不同而差距显著；分层评价的结果表明，生存能力、发展能力和创新能力三个层面的排名差异性较大，与企业本身的行业特征和企业所处的成长阶段有关。

| Abstract: | By constructing a comprehensive appraisal index system for the competitiveness of High-tech Enterprises from three aspects of survival, development and innovation, the author analyzes empirically the competitiveness of 70 High-tech En- terprises in SEMS Stock Market by using the factor analysis mothod. The comprehensive results show that there are significant gaps in industry to the comprehensive competitiveness of High-tech Enterprises . Delaminating appraisal resluts show that there are significant gaps in rankings from three aspects of survival, development and innovation. These gaps are largely related to the characteristics of their industries and the stage of Enterprises＇ growth. |
