| 摘 要： | 江苏科技型中小企业能否顺利融资与发展关乎江苏产业发展和＂两个率先＂战略目标的实现。文章从江苏科技型中小企业在国际私募股权基金的参与下进行境外上市融资时所面临的法律风险入手,分析了诸多法律风险形成的原因,并对预防这些风险提供了有益的对策。

| Abstract: | The successful action as to the finance and development of Jiangsu Hi-Technology small enterprises is the key word in the implementation of strait target of Two-Leading Development and Jiangsu industries.This paper focus on the legal risks and contingency arise from in where the International Private Equity assist the Jiangsu Enterprises to IPO overseas,and analyze the reason of the legal risks as well as providing for some constructive ways to avoid the aforementioned risks. |
