摘    要:实施企业社会责任是保护消费者权益的关键性环节。我国虽然建立了全面的企业社会责任、消费者权益保护法律法规、规章制度体系,但由于现行的企业社会责任制度缺乏可操作性,消费者缺乏监督企业履行社会责任的途径,当前消费者权益保护的严峻形势难以缓解。为推行企业社会责任,要建立企业伦理化经营的治理制度、企业履行社会责任的信息披露制度以及消费者的企业社会责任响应制度。

Abstract:The implementation of corporate social responsibility is a key part of consumer protection.Although China has established a comprehensive corporate social responsibility,consumer protection laws and regulations,rules and regulations.But because the existing system of corporate social responsibility lack of operation mechanism and supervision approach of consumer,the current consumer protection situation is very grim.For the implementation of corporate social responsibility,we should establish business ethics management system of governance,corporate social responsibility information disclosure system and consumer response system of corporate social responsibility.
