| 摘 要： | 民营企业为我国经济增长立下汗马功劳的同时,由于增长方式的粗放,致使自身面临资源瓶颈的制约同时也给我国的资源带来了压力,政府应该尽快建立由ISO14000标准体系认证、资源节约型社会指标体系、完善的资源保护法律文件三者构成的三级约束机制,引导民营企业改变经济增长方式,加快其战略转移步伐,以达到民营企业的持续快速发展.

| Abstract: | The privately operated enterprise establishes distinguished service at the same time for our country economy growth,as a result of the growth way extensiveness,caused oneself also to give our country faced with the resources bottleneck restriction the resources brings the pressure,the government should as soon as possible establish by the ISO14000 standard system authentication,the resource conservation society target system,the consummation resources conservation law document three constitutions three levels of restraints mechanisms,the guidance privately operated enterprise changes the economical growth way,sped up its strategic shift step,achieved the privately operated enterprise continued fast to develop. |
